October 30: At the Geneva Peace Week event organized by the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), Professor Olawuyi, SAN delivered a keynote lecture on the need for heightened due diligence to prevent conflicts in the sourcing of transition minerals. More information here.

June 06: Professor Damilola Olawuyi, SAN was in Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire to attend the Stakeholder Advisory Council meeting of the Independent Recourse Mechanism, African Development Bank (AfDB). He also delivered a presentation on "Remedy in Development Finance". He emphasized the need to prioritize access to remedy programs in development financing.

Feb. 02: BOOK PRIZE: Professor Damilola S. Olawuyi's book “Environmental Law in Arab States” is named winner of the American Society of International Law (ASIL) Certificate of Merit for High Technical Craftmanship and Utility to Practicing Lawyers and Scholars.
